Searching through SoundCloud for new music, waves popped up reposted by an artist I have been friends with for a few years. Going on SoundCloud rabbit holes always yields awesome, no name artists and songs. These are the kinds of tracks you aren’t going to hear from normally but when you do it is totally worth it.
I started listening to this track because of how interesting the intro was. The samples of piano, strings and synthetic beats were all blended together into a relaxing, extremely catchy melody. The “vocal” sample sticks out as the only part of the song that has a higher pitch than the instrumentals and samples that compose the rest of the track.
