Flux Pavilion has run Circus long enough that a release on it is a statement about what he thinks is good, not just a distribution choice. Move Your Body came out there on July 9, and he brought Liquid Stranger and AHEE along for it.
Liquid Stranger is the reason I clicked, honestly. He has been bending bass into shapes nobody asked for since Weird & Wonderful, and Flux has spent a career proving a dubstep record can carry a melody without going soft. Whatever the split was here, that is a combination with a real chance of doing damage. Line it up for the gym set, or the last twenty minutes before you get to the venue.
Both go a long way back in here, Flux from a whole Genre of the Week feature to Pull The Trigger, Liquid Stranger from The Drill onward. AHEE is the newest name of the three around these parts.
Out now on Circus. Get it loud, and there is a decade of Flux in the archive if you want the history.
