He called the album BLOODBATH AND BEYOND and then put a track named VOGUE on it. That is the whole personality in two words, and I am here for it.
VOGUE sits on BLOODBATH AND BEYOND, out through Ophelia Records, and UKF Dubstep gave it the front page in July. Ophelia is Illenium’s label, which is not where instinct tells you to file a MUST DIE! record, and that mismatch is the most interesting thing on the sheet before you press play. He has been the guy who makes 140 sound broken on purpose for long enough that a melodic-leaning home for it counts as news.
Put it on for the walk from the lot to the gate, the twenty minutes where the night has not started yet but your ears already know what is coming.
He is deep in this archive: Frequency Knife, Resist, and the Ectoplasm remix with Eptic. His page has the rest, and Ophelia’s is worth a scroll too. Out now on Ophelia Records. Turn it up.
