G Jones is a trap producer making waves in the scene with his unique style. His songs are short and sweet, and often feature some serious bass manipulation. Stand Up is no exception, with a relaxed intro broken by the vocal sample telling you to, well, stand up. The drop makes you do more than that as the bass and hook kick in and you have to at the very least nod your head. G Jones’ experiment with a vocoder effect after the drop is tasteful, but he quickly brings it back for more banging goodness in the form of the second drop. Have a listen below, and if you have a bass-boosting function I’d recommend you turn it up. Oh and by the way, it’s a free download.
