With their Young Mind Tour set to wrap up soon, Kicks N Licks wanted to give something to fans before the whole tour ended. We are gifted with “Mind” just in time for the holidays. Kicks N Licks have teemed up with Mitis and Lauren Hunter for this track that is as intriguing as it is fun to listen to. Not just another dance floor track, Kicks N Licks have delved into the sound bank for some glitchy-pop sounds that almost sound like someone is creating them with a toy.
I’m no expert in electronic music production, but it sure is cool to listen to. Lauren Hunter provides beautiful vocals that compliment the song incredibly well. As the tour’s second official single release, “Mind” grabs the attention of fans and never lets go.
