French Trap artist 8er$ has become notorious for his fiery brand of Trap, releasing banger after banger after banger, after banger. Well, it looks like he’s been getting creative in the studio, releasing a two song EP that is nowhere near Trap. It’s Bass House. Hence the name. The first song, F**k Me, is exactly what you’ll say when the drop happens about a minute in. Wubs, bass and squeals abound in a combination of sounds that will leave any dance floor reeling, especially with the background melody that you’ll struggle to get out of your head.
The second song, Swervin’, features Rico Act on vocals, and strays from the norm to a greater extent than F**k Me did. A breakbeat tease before the drop turns into a beat with just kicks, and no snare, which manages to work quite well given the heaviness of the drop. This EP is a must for any Dubstep or Bass House lovers, so give it a listen and download!
