Sounding swish and infectious this week via Ultra Music is the newest piece of work from UK artist Billon. Having given himself quite a name over the last year or so and counting the likes of Skream and Annie Mac as supporters, the producer and DJ now drops “Snake Song.”
The percussion and drum work here in particular is stellar – fusing tightly woven patterns that sit beneath a repeated vocal hook to really snare the listener in. The energy levels continue to grow throughout, and the groove on the bassline of “Snake Song” is something else.
