This review is long overdue, and it’s rather embarrassing considering this track has quickly become one of my new favorites. If you’ve ever heard Quiet Disorder before, then you know how good they are at what they do. From remixes of and collaborations with Pegboard Nerds to tons of original material, Quiet Disorder is always coming out with tracks that, pardon the pun, bring amazing “disorder” to any dance floor.
Last month, Quiet Disorder came out with a remix for “Wait (feat. Loote)”, by Martin Jensen. In case you missed out on that release, “Wait (feat. Loote)” is a blissful and calm pop house track. Do not expect the same vibes from Quiet Disorder’s remix. It starts out pretty calm, but quickly builds to crazy high energy levels. While staying true to the original tune with the chords and vocals, the drop hits hard with basses that could only belond to this duo. Everytime I listen to this track and get to the halftime section of the first drop, I start day dreaming of how awesome it would sound at a show.
