AlunaGeorge have got an album in the works that is rumoured to be quite close to completion, and they’ve just released the second single: a collaboration with Zhu that happens to be his first song that isn’t Deep House. Instead it’s chill Trap, with Aluna providing some thoughtful and considered lyrics. This is the definition of a cruiser, with an outro that brings some rap influences to the song – not something that you expect will happen, but really what it needed all along. We don’t have a release date for the album yet, but the duo have confirmed that they’re in the song selection stage, so hopefully not long now! In the meantime, wrap your ears around this single.
