There is no way to deny that Ariana Grande is a popular artist. She is creative and able to attract a plethora of different artists to her track. Here is an excellent example. The original mix has Nicki Minaj on it and this remix pack has Slushii as one of the remixers.
Keeping with Slushii style, the producer slows down Grande’s beat, giving it a slower tempo but a very melodic sounding beat. The mix of different piano samples and calm electronic samples falls into place in the drop which has a chopped up version of Grande’s vocals. Unfortunately, for Nicki Minaj fans, her vocals were not mixed into the remix. I would say that adding her verse would have only made the track better.
