The (not so) mysterious Marshmello is one of many producers to take their turn remixing Avicii’s track ‘Waiting For Love.’ The remix features a trap infused melody that completely changes the original, though you can hear where the original Avicii version shines through with vocals a few samples here and there. It is awesome to see a talented producer such as Marshmello take a well-known track and put a completely different spin on things.
Though trap does not always catch my ear, everything Marshmello has produced that could be labeled “trap” has been fun, bouncy, and easy on the ears. Maybe that is just the style of trap I can handle, but I think the talent level of Marshmello rivals just about anyone. Take a listen below to the fresh remix from this mysterious producer and enjoy!
