What a collab! Two bass extraordinaires in Bassnectar and G Jones have teamed up to create something completely fresh. It starts off with a chilled and uplifting intro that would be perfect for lying on a beach, before it suddenly turns dark with a build up that could quite easily drop into Neurofunk. It doesn’t, dropping into Drumstep instead but still returning the filthy drop that any collaboration like this would promise. If the two names didn’t immediately make you listen to this tune, I’m here now to tell you to listen to it because it’s extremely rare to hear two artists’ styles mixed together to perfection, as is the case in this tune. It’s a part of Bassnectar’s upcoming album “Into The Sun”, and The Mystery Spot is the perfect song to get you pumped for that release. Get on it!
