With a new season comes a new lineup of resident DJs at BBC Radio 1. The radio station has announced four new signings, including Tiesto, Martin Garrix, Simon Patterson, and Brodinski. Garrix is pumped to be a first-time resident at the station that helped catapult ‘Animals’ to worldwide fame, calling BBC Radio 1 important in breaking new songs and artists in the dance community. Tiesto agrees with Garrix, suggesting that BBC Radio 1 is one of the most influential stations in dance music.
