Beachglow Music Festival Announces 2015 Date, This Year’s Charity, and Future Plans

January 18, 2015 by Grant Austin

Beachglow, our favorite festival that takes place in Wildwood, New Jersey has been announcing a lot recently! First, they announced their date for 2015! That date will be July 4th. I don’t think there is a better way to celebrate our country’s independence! Early bird general admission tickets will cost $35. General admission will cost $45 and then raise to $55. Early bird VIP will cost $85 and then raise to $95. Tickets will go on sale starting February 1st! Finally, this years proceeds will go to Little Kids Rock which is a great foundation.

Although, this isn’t everything that Beachglow announced! They recently were unanimously approved by Wildwood Board of Commissioners for 2016 and 2017 as well. The resolution passed by the commissioners included turning Beachglow into a two-day festival that will take place on the beach in 2016 and 2017. Unlike the past two years,  those would be the weekend after July 4 to reduce the impact on the town. It wouldn’t be a camping festival as they want to promote renting in Wildwood and their respective hotels to promote commerce through the city.

According to Dane Kunkel, founder of Beachglow, last year, the concert sold out with 7,000 tickets sold while many more showed up looking for tickets. He said he wants to increase the size of the 2015 event to between 10,000 and 14,000! This is incredible for Beachglow and the charities that they’re supporting! We can’t wait to hear what acts they are to bring! Check out their poster below!
