The wonder-trio by the name of Above and Beyond have just released their most recent single and it takes quite the different route from their usual heartfelt and lovable melodies.
“Balearic Balls” is much more eclectic and club friendly than most of their tracks. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still gorgeous in its own right, just not as lovey-dovey and pure as most of their tracks. I must say that this is quite refreshing and wish for some more of this in the near future.
Balearic in the title most likely refers to the subgenre of house that is very common in the clubs of Spain. This easily fits the vibe of Ibiza, with a powerful progression and intense climax, this is the go-to track if you are DJing anywhere on that island.
