Before blogs and magazines started to go crazy just seeing Kygo behind a piano and before Bieber conquered every single front page with a basic acoustic performance, they were already here on planet Earth, with guitars, basses and cellos in their hands transporting their electronic masterpieces on a complete different level.
I’m talking of course of the three good guys called Above & Beyond, who have made big moves earlier this month, announcing for the next year an upcoming new full Acoustic album and a select tour ‘of some rather fancy establishments’ such as Sydney Opera House, Hollywood Bowl, Royal Albert Hall.
This second act comes right after the highly successful and worldwide acclaimed ‘Acoustic‘ album volume 1 released on January 2014, the related tour (of which, thanks to Thump, you can relive a full performance here) and, a more than legendary hot air balloon performance in company of the vocalist Zoe Johnston and the omnipresent Pete Tong, back in the ancient 2009.
