Camp Bisco is a three-day festival taking pace mid-July at the Montage Mountain concert venue and waterpark in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Anyone 18 or older is able to attend the festival, which takes place Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. This year’s festival will be July 14th through 16th.
As far as their rules regarding when fans can start arriving to the festival grounds on Wednesday, July 13th;
- RV Passes can arrive starting at Noon on
- Fans with VIP Parking for Camping can arrive at 6pm
- All other fans can arrive at 8pm on
