At first listen, “Declaration” sounds like more of a punk-rock anthem than something you could label as Jersey Club, Drum and Bass, or Trap. But as you listen you can start to here the electronic synthetic dripping throughout as the bass rolls in and gives the low end of the track some sizable punch. The DnB feel uses the upbeat rhythm to make its presence known, with DEMUR utilizing the rock melody as a guide.
Take a few listens to this track as it isn’t your normal EDM. I like it though, changing things up and bringing new elements into play is something this scene needs to stay relevant and away from the songs that all sound the same. Check out the track below and let us know what you think! DEMUR even had a Billboard article written on it!
