I can’t even begin with how creative this track is. Soulja Boy’s track “Turn My Swag On” was undoubtedly one of 2008’s hottest tracks. Since then, countless remixes have been created, all turning the original track into some lame and uninspiring trap track due to the song being of the rap variety. Detlef broke some boundaries here and sampled the original, and tossed those lyrics into a track of his own.
The Hot Creations wonderkid took his classic and dancefloor-moving house melodies and fused them with some nostalgic lyrics we all knew so damn well 9 years ago. I wouldn’t have ever imagined a track like this to be produced so well, everything from the vocals to the signature tech house rhythm make it a hit. This track WILL make waves in 2017, I guarantee it.
