One thing that I really love about Draper, is that I found him through a drum and bass track on Monstercat expecting more of that but found so much more. Now that Luminous is out, it’s a perfect example of how different electronic music can sound from genre to genre. This entire EP’s production style sounds very similar to how Porter Robinson would have produced Worlds, and how he performs it live as well I’d imagine Draper would mirror something similar. And not to say that Draper is copying Porter at all, they are both very very different!
I’d have to say my favorite song off the EP is Who Are You just because of the background noise that there is during the drop. Don’t let my opinion sway you though, listen to the whole Luminous EP below and let us know what you think!
