Flux Pavilion is back again, fresh with two songs that are a bit of a change of pace for the Dubstep god. Whereas his last EP (with Doctor P) was full of face melters, this release tones it down a bit and shows off his melodic side. Well, toning it down by Flux Pavilion’s standards. There’s still a fair bit of bass, and it’s still Dubstep, but this time he allows the vocalists (Cammie Robinson and Turin Brakes) a lot of room to provide more of a human element to each song. The beat in each song is at the standard that you’d expect from Flux Pavilion, just don’t expect to go wild to either song. They’re more for listening and appreciating in that context, and in that respect each song is very enjoyable. You can listen to them below.
