French Montana tracks throw me back to my college days, bumping his Mac and Cheese mixtapes in my dorm room. Seeing his new music get the dance music remake always gives me that slight nostalgic feeling.
Major Lazer took the track and added that Caribbean style of instrumental that is kind of expected (especiall after this most recent EP). Swae Lee’s lyrics are accompanied by a bit of a lull in the instrumental variants but that is to here him sing. When Montana verses come in, the track sounds natural, since he has a habit of rapping of Caribbean style beats.
Major Lazer did a good job hitting the track with some good summertime music for a remix.
