Getter is back again, with the second single of his upcoming album. “Colorblind” fuses together bass music, trap, and metal into one awesome track. The song starts out with a trap intro, which goes into a scream/sung vocal section done by the man himself. After the trap drop, which takes up a solid minute of the song, and a short interlude, the next section of the song is introduced, metal! Bookended by more vocals is a metal guitar solo. My only real complaint about this song is that solo. If Getter had used an actual guitar, as opposed to opting for a vst guitar, it would have meshed with the raw vocals much better. That being said, “Colorblind” is a really well written song that you should check out, and makes me really excited to see what he has in store for the upcoming album!
