Noisia’s Invisible imprint has become very well known in the Bass music for releasing a diverse array of forward thinking Drum and Bass, and their recent Various Artists compilation EP is no different. To start off the EP, Russian friends NU4M and Kije combine for the huge Delirium, with a bassline that will make your jaw hit the floor and keep it there, and then Finnish producer Topi strays from Trap into Drum and Bass with ridiculous results. Rising Australian artist Lockjaw tones it down a bit for Heavenly Bodies without sacrificing the creativity present throughout the EP, and Survey goes dark, halftime and moody in the final tune Monobrow. All in all, each of the tunes on the EP explores a different part of the experimental side of DnB, with incredible results every time.
