I have been on this “old school” kick when it comes to music. I have been going back to my Basshunter albums and listening to David Guetta’s older music. When I found this EP in my email, I was wondering if this would snap my kick. It did the opposite. J-Hamz and Jesse Peters have released this I Stack Up EP and it takes some of the best vibes of what I have been listening to and combining it with sounds from the present. It definitely makes for an interesting throwback that isn’t a throwback. The vocals compliment the tracks and they really have some solid music in this EP.
This is the perfect EP to start the weekend as it is all over the place in terms of sound design and genre. It is just good fun and you’ll easily enjoy it! Check it out now!
