Serge Devant kicks the summer off in the best possible way with this techno remix of Jonas Rathsman’s track “Complex”. The title gives listeners a sense of foreboding as it seems like you’ll be hard pressed to listen and understand the music. Luckily, the title is misleading and this track brings both the dark/light side of techno to our ears for enjoyment. Sampling the vocals from Josef Salvat, this track brings the vocal element into play. While there is plenty of techno that chooses the minimal approach, Serge Devant has chosen to enhance his remix with vocals that bring you out of the deep recesses of techno for just a moment, only to have you dive right back in.
