I have to say, I’ve had this song on replay for the last three days and I still haven’t been able to put it on pause. Boombox Cartel has done it again this week with their remix of Chargé by Kaaris & Mr Carmack. One of the things that Boombox does so well is mixing their percussion with their sub bass. From every kick to every clap, it’s clear that all their drum kits are expertly designed. I’m beginning to prefer this remix to its original which truly speaks to the exceptional job that Boombox Cartel has done. That said, I have to also give credit where credit is due and say that Kaaris and Mr Carmack produced a great foundation for Boombox Cartel to play around with and put their own personal spin on.
