We’ve been looking forward to this collaboration ever since the infamous photo popped up on the web, and now we are finally allowed to find out what Zhu and Kaskade were secretly cooking up for us. It’s not a brand new original (would be too easy). It’s not even a canonical remix (too foregone). It’s a kind of collaborative re-edit; a four-hands reinterpretation of Zhu’s latest single ‘In The Morning’.
While the original is a majestic journey in the darkness, the intervention of the two masterminds manages to radically change the project, spinning it in a ‘deep/tropical’ direction with the input of a smooth acoustic guitar as main hero.
