With Manic Focus and Break Science having performed multiple times together, under the epithet, “Manic Science” over the past few years, they have proved themselves to be one of America’s funkiest coalitions. Imagine if GRiZ and STS9’s music had a child, that’s what you’ll get out of their newest release, “Put Em up.” Coincidentally enough, they dropped this funk fueled track before making an appearance at Fool’s Paradise, in Saint Augustine, Florida at the end of this month.
