The Milwaukee wonder-kid is back with another eclectic track almost as smooth as his prior original tune. Melvv was most recently tearing up 2016 whilst opening up for Big Gigantic on a few of their stops alongside Louis the Child, Hermitude, Louis Futon, and more.
“Not Me” features New York producer Two Feet and the two of them come together like PB&J. Their buoyant and charismatic tune features a mellow voice alongside a slowed down tempo. There is this sort of raw essence in the track that takes you deeper and deeper into Melvv’s fine-tuned masterpiece. I can’t forget to mention that the synth game on this track is so harmonious and flows with the track seamlessly.
There is no denying that this young gun is one of the better young up-and-comers in the indie/electronic scene and we here at ByTheWavs are looking forward to more.
