When I heard that 12th Planet and Team EZY we’re remixing a song together, I was ecstatic. I had a projected sound in my head already and thought massive dubs were about to take over. However, that is not what happened at all with “Better” by Mija and Vindata. Despite the no dubs, the boys took the opportunity and added some insane drum-and-bass flair to the happy future bass track, completely succeeding. “Better” was already a banger, and the duo made the track, for lack of better words, better. Honestly, the first thing that came in my head while hearing this song was playing Mario Kart – there are little background cartoon noises that totally place you driving in the middle of the game (weird analogy, I know). This track is super unique coming from 12th Planet, but I definitely recommend the listen and giving it a shot. Have an open mind!
