I have never heard of this duo, Nexuz featuring Sebastiaan Steylaerts and Alexander Luyck. They’re from Belgium which is probably why. They sent this track over they did with Jonny Rose titled “Keep the Love Alive.” For the amount I heard of it, I liked it. The problem I had with it is that it is less than 2 minutes long. Before I realized it, it was already over. Although, I am going to assume that this was a preview as they have another track on their Soundcloud that is almost equally as long that states it is a preview. I did look for the full version, but being my Google-Fu failed me and they didn’t provide much besides this, I’ll review this.
I like the track. It is that big room progressive house track that you’d hear at a festival. Jonny Rose’s vocals are great. No complaints. The lyrics are simple enough where my girlfriend won’t make fun of me because I can’t say them wrong. It is a good track. It sounds a bit generic, but I have no qualms with that. I was genuinely upset when the track ended cause I was just getting into it. Also, I try to do other things while listening so when it ends abruptly, I get even more upset. That said, check out this preview? Let me know what you think.
