Freshly baked from the Paris’ finest Tropical oven, ‘Far Behind’ is the new highlight of the masterchief Oleska who, for this new creation, has joined the forces with the French fellow producer Otter Berry, reconfirming once more that the speciality of the house is bringing the sea breeze from the far Balearic to the big metropoly of Paris.
Seriously, everytime these guys release a track seems that the 1109 kilometers that divide these two opposite worlds are nothing more that a single step.
(Before going on, to avoid possible troubles, It’s better to explain that the guitar riff and vocals in this production were founded as anonymous and free samples on the web by Oleska and Otter)
However, leaving aside the poetry, sophisms and annoying burocratical questions , this brand new rearrangement is a suggestive quest in all the best that the modern crossover between Tropical and Deep can offer: summer atmosphere, captivating voice, melodic and dreamy drop, soft groove and a good deal of solid bass to mix everything togheter in one the best musical recipe of the the last hot months.
Ending with another food methaphor, I can say that you defenetely won’t find ‘Far Behind’ at places like the Mac Donald, Burger King or KFC, but instead at first-calss restaurants like ‘Osteria Francescana‘ , ‘Eleven Madison Park‘ or ‘L’Arpège‘.
As always, you can listen and download the track for free right below, but in addition, I also strongly suggest to enjoy the Oleska’s latest mix for Chill Masters by clicking here, it’s amazing.
