This past weekend was my birthday. It was the first time since three years ago that I actually had a birthday party. I needed the perfect mix to kick start the night. Who did I call? Ghostbusters! Anthony van Atten (check out his Facebook, Soundcloud, Tumblr, and Twitter)! He knows me pretty well and was so excited to make this mix. As was I! I had a few rules:
- Make it as long as he wants. Longer the better as our pregames might as well be the first game in a doubleheader.
- Let the mix control him rather than the other way around.
- Put in random tracks that I thoroughly enjoy.
- Have fun with it.
Throughout the process, we were talking about the mix and the excitement and enthusiasm was off the charts. I had to disappoint him as I refused to listen to the mix until the day before (when I uploaded the mix). BLOWN AWAY. This mix is absolute fire! I am talking about straight sexiness for almost two and a half hours straight. Anthony Van Atten killed this mix. He’s so anxious to know what I think, but I felt that he had to see this post!
