Last night, I received this track from our friend Romain Good in my email. I saw it had the track had the title, “Epic Hangover.” I thought that was a perfect way to renew my faith in good journalism by creating my own “Epic Hangover” of my own featuring Jameson (This is not an advertisement). This totally isn’t coincidental or relating to having a few extra drinks at Happy Hour with some friends I haven’t seen in sometimes. Regardless the reason, I currently have one of these “Epic Hangover” and let me tell you, it sucks. It is exactly what you expected it to be.
That said, this track isn’t ideal when rocking a hangover. Do not take the title literally. You won’t be happy. Any other time, this is one of those tracks that you throw down and some magic happen. You will find yourself consumed by the track as if you’re involved in some sort of storyline. It takes you on that adventure. By the end of the track, you’re tired and you’ll need a cigarette. The way I put it is if you listen to Above & Beyond’s music and then tossed a monkey wrench in the finely tuned gears to create controlled chaos. You get this. Enjoy it as much as I did soberly last night before I got an Epic Hangover today.
