I always enjoy when Sizigi-13 always sends me a track. I know to expect a heavily vocaled track that has great vocals but always track behind the vocals. Like always, he doesn’t disappoint what-so-ever. I want to focus on the vocals for a bit. XOX does a fantastic job with the vocals. Her voice is top notch and beautiful. The lyrics are not my style, but they fit the track. Sigizi-13 has an awesome progressive house track. The bassline and the synths are fantastic. It is a very catchy track too which I always enjoy. When Sizigi-13 sent me the stems my mind immediately went to a sexy throwback of a grungy Britney Spears coupled with some Jeffree Starr influence, and thanks to the creative gods, out of the ether “Sticky” was born. This began as a song we thought would just be another to add to the repertoire, thus the less-than-poetic lyrics I created for it, haha, but it quickly grew into something that I am now more proud of than any other song I’ve written, thanks to Sizigi’s magic touches.
I guess sometimes you’ve got to be shallow to be deep. (wasn’t that so deep?!) hehe
