You’ve heard of Taylor Swift right? Or T-Swift as I affectionately refer to her? And you know her massive hit Blank Space, I mean who doesn’t?
Marco B has taken an incredibly popular song and transformed it into an electronic song that I could easily see being played in someone’s set to a huge cry of joy from the crowd. We all have our secret music crush and T-Swift is probably everyone’s. He keeps the great vocals by Swift and speeds them up to match the progressive house feel of his bootleg. It is really easy to continue to sing to the song while shuffling or dancing in some other crazy fashion.
I love the feeling of a remix/bootleg that takes one element from the original and then completely changes everything else. Marco has taken the best part of the Taylor Swift song, the vocals, and then added great progressive synth melodies behind it to liven it up and make the track even more danceable. As much as I enjoy the original version of this song, I thoroughly enjoy the remix and its ability to get me jumping and dancing and screaming lyrics all at the same time.
