Given the size of the EDM industry it’s been surprising to see the lack of ethnic influences in the songs that come out, however TroyBoi is working towards putting that right with his latest release “Mantra”. Featuring a spiritual chant and an intense sub bass, the drop will have you moving before you know it, while still managing to maintain the wonky style that TroyBoi is known and loved for. This has been his second release in a little more than a week, but interestingly neither release has revealed a way to download the song. Given that most TroyBoi songs are free downloads, the most reasonable explanation is that an EP or (dare I say it) album is coming, so give Mantra a listen and get hyped for probable new material from one of the freshest producers out there.
