If you follow Elysian Records you’ll know the name Turkum well. If you’re good with keeping up on upcoming Trap artists then you’ll definitely know of him. He’s gathering support from all over with his ferocious brand of crossover Trap / Future Bass, and it’s fair to say that it goes hard. Well, he’s just unleashed not one, but two insane tunes on Bass Nation and Elysian. Of course.
The first tune, Creed, is a collaboration with EBEN. It starts off with an atmospheric vibe before dropping into a horn led drop that will turn everyone inside out when they hear it. What they say is true: they’re here to fuck shit up. Watch out for the Skrillex sample near the end too, it’s perfect.
Hurts is the next one, and you’d think from the intro that it’s the more mellow tune. Heartfelt vocals are accompanied by a piano, before that turns into vocal chops and then the drop. Future Bass at its best, and that’s saying something.
