I’m sure you recognize the picture featured above. Well, that’s for good reason. The third installment from Uppermost’s forthcoming EP, Impact, “Whisper” is a melodic future bass track that features the heavenly vocals of Jessica Gabrielle and an intoxicating rhythm to back it up. The flowing percussion creates a mesmerizing feel to the track while we are taken by the vocals and led down an emotional path. Future bass comes in all forms, but here with Uppermost we get the softer, gentler approach where less is more.
