Dixon just sent us his latest remix of Vicetone’s “Nothing Stopping Me” featuring Kat Nestel on the vocals. I knew right away that this is a big undertaking in my eyes as I’ve seen them play this live and it is magical. I had the bar set high and Dixon was able to not only reach it, but overcome said bar.
Dixon went with the tropical house aspect to compliment the original track, but it isn’t too island-esque (if that makes sense). The remix is quite light and will take you on an adventure, but isn’t filled with stereotypical tropical house. I like that a lot. Dixon made it so you can not only vibe to the track, sing to the vocals, but also dance around. This is a fantastic remix and we look forward to more tracks from him!
