Flux Pavilion may like to collab, but you would not have guessed that he’d end up making a song with fast-rising producer Whethan. You can tell who did what on Savage, with Whethan’s mid tempo style giving room for Flux Pavilion to work his signature bass growls into the song. MAX’s vocals feature throughout, with sing along lyrics that will have you moving and dancing even before the drops come, which is heavier than you’d expect if you didn’t know Flux Pavilion, but fairly lighter than what you’d expect if you know Flux Pavilion. That being said, this sort of song is more so aimed towards the mainstream, and for that it’s seriously good. Especially because it’s still heavy. Give it a listen.
