This is one of the neatest things I have seen in quite a while. Skrillex and Wiwek teamed up with the filmmaker, Jodeb to make a short film. Its soundtrack is mostly from Wiwek’s latest EP, The Free and Rebellious which includes the collab between Skrillex and Wiwek, “Killa. Normally, having an artist like Skrillex provide music for a film isn’t a big deal anymore with him working with Wreck-It Ralph, Spring Breakers, Suicide Squad, and Transformers, but the whole film features music between him and Wiwek. The film is about a group of friends who are willing to do just about anything to leave their impoverished and busy lives in Bangkok, Thailand for a mystical place in the jungle. The film is absolutely wild and intense. This is a must watch.
