Yesterday was the memorial service of Frankie Knuckles. It was a sad day when we lost him as he was a pioneer and godfather of Chicago house. After the memorial service, David Morales posted a letter from President Barack Obama and the First Lady, Michelle. Morales insisted this is proof that he was true legend. We agree with Morales as this letter only confirms he is a true legend, but what he has done made him what he was. The Obamas had met Frankie before as shown above and had nothing but amazing words to say.
