Nero Releases Album Details And New Song

Ever-quiet Nero have pleased not only their fans but the entire EDM community by releasing the name, tracklist, release date and art for their sophomore album: Between II Worlds. To be released on the 28^th of August (2808, a number commonly found throughout their debut album Welcome Reality), Between II Worlds will consist of 12 tracks, two of which you will have heard before – Satisfy and The Thrill, plus a reboot of their song for The Great Gatsby movie, Into The Past. Another three songs will most likely be the ones that they have been playing live at their performances – a Trap ID, a duet and a Glitch Hop ID that were all incredibly catchy. Amidst all of this hype, they also released an ethereal, cinematic Dubstep track – the title track of the album. It’s an epic, clocking in at well over 7 minutes, and focuses on the theme and sound of Nero and what we know about their album – a dystopian future reality, in this case travelling between two worlds. Alana’s vocals aren’t featured in this track, with the majority of it being instrumental apart from spoken word lyrics in the middle section of the song. It could come right out of a sci-fi film and is very cinematic instead of being dance oriented, suggesting that it could be used as an interlude of sorts in the album. We’ll have to wait and see.
